Dr. Anderson was raised in Florence, Kentucky. She attended Transylvania University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a minor in Biology in 2009. In 2013, she obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Dr. Anderson continued her pursuit of education in the one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD-1) at Langley AFB in Hampton, Virginia, where she received credentials in IV sedation. She then served as a general dentist in the US Air Force, deploying to Kuwait and enjoying duty stations in Boston, MA and Abilene, TX.

Dr. Anderson began her endodontics residency training in 2017 and received her Certificate in Endodontics as well as a Masters in Oral Health Science from the Air Force Postgraduate Dental School at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. She then completed her final military assignment as the Chief of Endodontics at Hurlburt AFB in Florida. While in Florida she also spent one day per week teaching new dentists as a clinical instructor at Eglin AFB’s AEGD-1 program.

Dr. Anderson is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. She is passionate about performing quality endodontics while ensuring her patients have a positive experience. She currently resides in Barboursville, Virginia with her husband and two young sons. In her spare time you can find her outside with her boys, hiking in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, or searching for errant discs on the disc golf course.
