Finances should not be an obstacle to receiving quality endodontic care. We are pleased to accept most major credit cards as a form of payment, most insurance carriers, as well as Care Credit. We work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Please bring your insurance information with you to your appointment so we can expedite reimbursement. As a courtesy to patients, we will file claims with insurance carriers we are contracted with, to include:

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. You may access our secure patient payment portal to make a payment by clicking the button below.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
